Pixoul led the redesign efforts of the Food.ie mobile app and responsive web design, including an in-depth competitive audit, user surveys, focus groups, logo creation, and foundational branding design.
Modeling after award-winning member services like American Express, our customer experience team trained the Food.ie staff on purveying a top-tier user experience, with tailored workshops in technology service and etiquette, restaurant standards in fine dining, and white-glove concierge services.
Thanks to our efforts, Food.ie is continuing to expand their digital footprint, and is leading the industry with some of the highest customer satisfaction scores and NPS survey results in their class.
